This particular app for Android, however, is a little different. When you download this app it will download the weather information directly to your phone. You don't have to make a call to the company to find out what the weather is in your area.
However, if you're not comfortable with downloading the app for free, then you can always go with the paid version of the app. In the free version you are able to get the most basic information. You can know the average high and low temperatures and the daily rainfall amounts. You can also find out how many days it will take before the rainfall starts to dwindle and the highs will dip below freezing. Other than that, though, you are just getting a general idea of the general weather. In the paid version, you'll find a lot more detailed weather information, including the weather radar that will give you an idea of how much snow will be falling, or how much rain it will probably be raining soon.
